Returns & Exchanges Policy
At NatStyle.925, we value your business and strive to offer the best shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales are Final
Due to the nature of our inventory, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds. We only provide Store Credit for eligible clothing returns.
Eligibility for Returns (Clothing Only)
Timeframe: You must contact us at natstyle.925@outlook.com to request a return within 5 days of the delivery date. No exceptions will be made after this period.
Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sterling Silver .925 & Stainless Steel jewelry/accessories.
Fragrances and personal care products.
Sale, Clearance, or "Liquidation" items.
Gift Cards.
Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Labels: If a return is accepted, you may choose to purchase your own shipping label or request one from us (the cost of which will be deducted from your final store credit).
Unsolicited Returns: Items sent back to us without a prior approved request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Store Credit & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the exchange/credit is approved.
If approved, you will receive a Store Credit via email/gift card.
Store Credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
If the desired item for exchange is out of stock, the credit will remain on your account for future purchases.
